NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTINS AND HYPNOSISBBC Reports MEGA MONDAY for Internet Sales

The BBC reported this morning that today Monday 3rd of December will be a MEGA MONDAY for internet sales.

We tend to spend our money in shoes, clothes, perfume and material things that give us a short moment of pleasure and that at most times we do not need.  We forget about the really important things like looking after ourselves and controlling our stress levels at the beginning of the New Year, when we regret how much we have eaten, smoked or how poorly, depressed or sad we are.

Most of the times we do not need these things but we are driven by advertising and that feeling of I must buy… If only we had that drive to  invest in ourselves to start the 2013 achieving what we really want in our life!

Your New Year’s Resolution – Achieve them with Hypnosis

The New Year is a time of reflection, hope and change. Each and every year many of us make New Years Resolutions. You must also have promised yourself or made some new year’s resolution that you were going to start an exercise campaign, stop drinking or smoking, eat healthier or maybe learn dancing. You start off with good intentions, but the sad part is that you fail to stick to your New Year’s Resolutions and often quit a few weeks after trying to follow them.

The reason behind this is that your mind,  creates these thoughts or intentions of changing behavior and operate just like a computer. It programs your mind with self defeating, self-sabotaging thoughts & intentions and all you will get is garbage results. While most of you have not been taught how to use your brains to their fullest potential, just as we minimally learn or refuse to completely learn a number of time saving short cuts that the software programs installed on your computer can do.

If you strictly say I want to change or want to work towards changing your life, hypnosis is the one thing that can change that the most. Hypnosis is an excellent therapy for making positive changes in ones life. It is natural and all hypnosis is self hypnosis.  The professional Hypnotist guides you into the trance state where suggestions are received by your subconscious. Hence, if you actually want to stick to New Year’s Resolutions and want to have a great year, consider hypnosis.

HYPNOSIS AND NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONSIn order to achieve your larger goals, you must take small steps and follow through on smaller goals first. For instance, if your New Year’s resolution is loosing weight then start with small goals like eating well-balanced smaller meals throughout the day, drinking lots of water, chewing your food slowly, reducing the daily caloric intake and starting daily fat-burning exercises that pave your path to your one big goal of weight loss.

Hypnotherapy works quite well. It can be considered as a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind is more amenable to new ideas and suggestions. It has also been described as half-awake, half-asleep and a hypnotic state is characterized by a greatly enjoyable state of relaxation.

The hypnosis therapy is a natural and effective technique for accessing the subconscious mind – which is the key to unleashing your potential, changing life, changing your unwanted habits and behaviors, and finding solutions to your problems.

Hypnotism techniques like guided imagery and visualization help you picture the achievement of your goals with vivid dream-like realism that will create a deep drive and motivation to reach that reality. The repetition of direct suggestions lay the foundation for a firm built confidence. Like any rightful therapy, hypnosis fosters understanding, awareness and growth. Fully armed with these tools, you will have no option but to succeed in your New Year’s Resolutions and become a better, idealized version of yourself.

Hypnosis is simply a tool – an effectual tool, if you are in the right frame of mind.
