The BBC reported this morning that today Monday 3rd of December will be a MEGA MONDAY for internet sales.
We tend to spend our money in shoes, clothes, perfume and material things that give us a short moment of pleasure and that at most times we do not need. We forget about the really important things like looking after ourselves and controlling our stress levels at the beginning of the New Year, when we regret how much we have eaten, smoked or how poorly, depressed or sad we are.
Most of the times we do not need these things but we are driven by advertising and that feeling of I must buy… If only we had that drive to invest in ourselves to start the 2013 achieving what we really want in our life!
